My formal culinary training started with my late brother’s catering company, and I went on to work in restaurants/bars (going on 10 years now). My learnings have been enhanced in various parts of the U.S., even reaching countries such as Italy, Senegal and South Africa.
I understand that having strangers entering your home can be daunting. This is why my first step is to consult with customers (via phone or in person) regarding dietary needs, preferences, schedules etc. to ensure that we are the right fit for one another.
My goal is to nourish my clients with well balanced food containing robust flavor profiles, whether it’s for your weekly meal prep, your annual Super Bowl party, or a small Friendsgiving.
