- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a virtual law firm. This means we are able to keep costs of doing business low and pass on savings to our customers. One of the ways we do this is by offering flat-fee services. Unlike many firms that charge an hourly rate that is high and unpredictable, we try to quote as many flat-fee prices as we can, so you always know what's coming and nothing is ever a surprise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do an intake call where we take your information and ask for what your legal needs are. After that, we'll get you your own client portal in our case management system and set up a full consultation. The consultation is 30-45 min and we will be able to give you our legal opinion on your case and talk to you about what we can do for you. After that, if you hire us, we get to work ASAP on taking care of your legal needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the attorneys at Fidelity Law Group graduated from an accredited law school with honors or high marks. The attorneys also all have important and unique experience working for and with other law firms, government agencies, and businesses. This ensures that each attorney has well-rounded experience to best help you with your legal needs.
