Called Chad about an odor situation of a house I recently bought. Chad was able to come fairly quickly to take a look and offered a comprehensive treatment plan. It worked very well and eliminated the odor because of years of cooking from previous owner. Good job!

I had listed a home for sale where the sellers had painted walls, trim and ceilings, replaced carpeting, and completely cleaned the interior and duct work, but there was still had a lingering smoke odor. We had an electrical fire in our motor home last year and after all of the repairs were made, the smoke smell that lingered was almost unbearable. I am so glad we found OdorXout. Chad came out the same day I called and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The process took less than one day and you can no longer smell any trace of the smoke odor. We had a strong smoke smell as a result of a pot being left on the burner all day while we were at work. We spent two days living in the horrible smell until we decided we had to call in the professionals. Chad came over before we left for work at around 8 am and by the time we got home from work that night the smell was gone! We are so grateful. If you're on the fence about whether this service is worth it, just know that it is. I wouldn't hesitate to call Chad in the future and I will recommend his services to anyone in need.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to odor removal we eradicate it at the molecular level with the use of enriched oxygen. We do not mask the culprit with perfumes or deodorizers.
