Best contractor that I have ever worked with. I was really in a kind and needed a moving job to be done during off hours when I was available. They were very professional, punctual, and responsive. They finished the job so fast because they took time to plan out their path first. Even though the load was very heavy and even my contractor said that he could not lift it, but these guys did! No walls were scrapped. They put back furniture that had to be temporarily relocated. They put down protective covering over my polished white oak hardwoods. I can't say enough positive things about them. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was impressed by all of the supplies they brought with (furniture pads, various dollies, moving tape, etc). Winston & his partner were efficient, professional, and friendly. My only complaint would be that they arrived about 30 minutes late, but I wasn't in a huge rush so it was no problem. Overall, a good experience!

Extremely concientious; my couch was in garage >1 yr and they inform me of the spider webs and asked if I wanted to clean off before bringing in home. No dents or scratches made to walls or stair railing while bringing in the couch, it didnt touch at all. They lifted the couch up 15 steps, barely breaking a sweat.... ! They ask if I needed anything else moved since they were there. I will be happy to use them again and suggest to others.

Upscale Experts Moving was a great choice for our move. Winston is really great with communication, punctual, and patient for those unforeseen moving challenges ((due to the complex elevators)). I didn’t have a wardrobe box and he was kind enough to grab one for me. Loved his coworker Lewis. So hard working and sweet. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to everyone. Winston coordinated the move with me from the beginning and he was always communicating the status of where he is, how soon would the truck arrive etc. The move itself was completed within time limits and also very smoothly. I would recommend using their services for packing, moving and unpacking.
