I recently worked with Upscale Experts Moving LLC to move my piano from Charlotte, NC, to Greenville, SC, and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. Winston and his team were phenomenal—punctual, professional, and so easy to work with. What really amazed me was how quickly they responded when I mentioned I needed to have my aunt’s old piano picked up and disposed of. Winston arranged it within about seven minutes of our conversation. Winston and his team took care of removing that piano for us seamlessly, and then proceeded with the main move. In addition, I had a gift bag with valuable items for Regina, and Winston made sure to keep it safe and deliver it personally. Even though I couldn’t be there, he kept in touch with me and my sister Diana every step of the way, making sure we knew exactly when they picked up, when they arrived, and that everything went perfectly. Winston and his assistant were quick to respond to our piano moving request! He was so friendly and we started to talk about our upcoming moves from one house to a new build 2 weeks after that. He gave us a very reasonable quote, offered his services and asked to help us in any way he could. He answered every question we had with honesty and professionalism. He and his associate took extra special care of our piano that was going to be delivered to a sweet, talented 7 year old girl. My husband and I had never met such kind, knowledgeable business people.
