- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We considering our pricing fair and transparent. We provide line items to breakdown our fees. You will not receive one calculated fee and have no idea what you’re paying for. It’s our “transparent guarantee”!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a ton of questions. We make sure we understand the expectations. We book the job, take a deposit and schedule our guys to handle everything.
