So much damage and things are just now coming off the Truck. Nice young men who worked hard but a disaster of a move/ delivery

This is my fourth time I have used Hornet and I would use them again. Their owner is highly responsive and has always been great to work with. I would have given them another 5-star review but they were 30 min late (they did call and say they would be 5 min late) and they scratched our dining room table and didn’t tell us. We had plenty of moving pads available, this should not have happened and if it did, tell me, don’t hide it!

On pickup, the movers were two hours late. I now have five items damaged or broken (including a large deep freezer chest) and I am sorting out a refund or replacement for these items. Nobody representing the company that moved me was 'clean cut' and three of the four used abrasive/profane language. Good thing my kids weren't around. They were very strong and, for the most part, worked quickly.

26 Foot Moving Truck + 2 Clean-Cut Movers = $170/HR (Monday-Thursday with a 2-hour minimum) and $180/hr (Friday-Sunday with 3-hour minimum) **Add an additional mover = $50/HR **Add an additional truck = $70/hr **We start/stop the clock at your home and charge by the minute - no rounding up! There are also no travel fees within the city limits of Charlotte.
