(Non Refundable) depending on your service time slot. * We have hourly minimum charges: - 2 hour minumum for specialized services. - 3 hour minimum for 1-2 bedroom(s) - 4 hour minimum for 3+ bedrooms * Truck and travel cost will be applied to your final idomized receipt, which will be sent at the end of service day. * Hidden Gem will not be held liable for any damages due to refussal of wrap and pad protection or other protective services. * If we disassemble, we reassemble! * Specialty services (such as packing/unpacking or "Black Out Moves") or added furniture can affect the end total. I can’t begin to come up with all the wonderful things I want to say about Malik and his team! We had weather hiccups, traffic jams, and all along the entire process, communication top notch! I always feel when there’s issues that arise with a move, it’s how a person handles it, you see true professionalism. Malik is FANTASTIC! He and his team moved me from SC to NC and I couldn’t be happier with their hard work! Highly recommended them for any of your moving needs!

Hidden Gem was very professional and responsive to my questions. I had ordered a new dresser and had it delivered and it was a bit too heavy for me to get upstairs to my bedroom. Hidden Gem was a life saver and showed up and carefully moved my dresser upstairs to the exact spot I wanted it and made sure I was happy with it. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I had a job from Mooresville to Durham, it’s for over 130miles one way, two and half of hours drive to where I live, which is in the forest and middle of nowhere where. They are very professional, respectful and friendly with the move, and very responsive to messages and phone calls. They wrapped my desks, mattress and file cabinet. Put a lot of care and love into the job. It’s a hard job and they are meticulously prepared for the job. What else I could say? They are the right people.
