Booking Fees: Please note that a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your time slot, which typically ranges from a $50 booking fee depending on your selected service timing.
Please be advised, Hidden Gem will impose a Cancelation Fee of 95.00. in the event of a discontinued service, that has already been scheduled prior to cancelation.
Hourly Minimum Charges:
2-hour minimum for specialized services
3-hour minimum for 1-2 bedrooms
4-hour minimum for 3 or more bedrooms
Pricing Details: Truck and travel costs will be included in your final itemized receipt, which will be provided at the end of your service day.
Liability Waiver: Hidden Gem is not liable for any damages resulting from the refusal of wrap, pad protection, or other protective services.
Assembly Services: If we disassemble your items, rest assured that we will reassemble them at your new location.
Specialty Services: Add-ons such as "No Touch" or "Black Out Moves" may impact your final total. All additional services will be clearly outlined in your final invoice.
