- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the project when customers contact me, we may be able to come up with a flat rate. I do charge a $30 travel fee for work under 2hrs. Some larger jobs are charged at a 2 hr minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make my customer free as stress-free as possible when it comes to moving. My number one priority other than a safe and reliable move, is providing great customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've received professional training with packing and unpacking. I have a fort lift license.
