- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes assembly/disassembly , full room setup and any padding or shrink that is required to protect the furniture. The only thing not included within the base price is a truck fee which can vary depending on the distance of the move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the time to call customers and go through the details of their move. This helps us ensure we are providing accurate estimates and the customer knows exactly what to expect from our team when we arrive on moving day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education or training. Just experience in the industry and service standards that has been improved over time to provide the best moving experience for our customers every time.
