- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on the following: length of presentation, number of presentations, number of attendees, and the number of days required. This does not include traveling expenses, as it varies per market. I do keep in mind a client's budget, and I do my best to work with that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out the goals and outcomes of the event I am speaking at, as well as the budget the event planner is working with. From there, I create a unique presentation for the event and submit it to the event planner for review and discussion. Once the honorarium and presentation are finalized, I create the speaker agreement for the engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a proud member of Toastmasters and attend National Speakers Association events.
