- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything you may need is included under one price. Skin car, setting spray, lashes, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with asking what someone expects their final outcome to look like and what the event is that they're preparing for. They might have inspirational photos that will help us make sure we're on the same page. Then it is helpful for me to ask what their typical make up routine is, and then I like to access the client's skin type to see what kind of products we will be using.
