Had an excellent experience. Thanks our locksmith was able to quickly purchase the items needed to repair our front door handle and install a smart lock. Most of the time we are given the task to grab additional materials from Lowe’s , but this was top notch service. Everything from start to finish took no time at all. Everyone was very kind. We love our new door lock and the sturdiness of the handle

Gilliam was polite and professional, arrived on time, evaluated the door, and provided us with options to fix it. We didn't need new keys after the door was fixed. We can now lock our front door!

My latch broke in my back door with the bolt thrown. He came and removed the latch as I was unable to get it out of my door. It took about 10 minutes. The work was great but I thought $82 was a bit expensive for the job done.
