Lock Bunny was very quick to respond and help us with 3 exterior door locks and a new smart deadbolt. One of the locks we tried installing ourselves and did it incorrectly and couldn’t get it out of the door and lock bunny was able to get it out. We had the locks rekeyed somewhere else and it was done incorrectly so they were able to fix it and ultimately helped save us from buying all new locks again. Will definitely use Lock Bunny again in the future.

Lock Bunny installed a peep hole that we purchased for our front door (didn’t have one before.) She asked for product specifications before arriving. Once on-site she had to get a back up battery pack for her drill from a co- worker. That slowed the installation down but the job was done professionally and accurately. We love the outcome and would strongly recommend her for other locksmith related projects.
