Responsiveness and communication before and during were ok, but I don't think this crew truly knows how to prep and install sod properly. Sod overlapped each other. It was placed on top of existing grass, and the ground was not prepared properly. There were missing areas etc.

Just hired David for sod which has turned into sod and irrigation. So far this guy is amazing. He articulates what he’s going to do in a specific manner. He is there when he says he will be. The job just started this week but so far I give him 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

Just had over 2000lbs of rubber mulch installed in our backyard for our new playset. Urban Landscape was AMAZING to work with from start to finish. Overall very responsive and took the time to make sure the outcome matched our needs/wants. I will definitely be reaching out for more help in the future. Thank you again!!!

This crew over promised and under delivers. Had hired for SOD and hardy rake and overseed. I had to supervises crew for SOD did a good job. As for hardy rake, they just aerated and did overseed vs hardy rake, which is what we had talked about. Lots of clumps of seeding, once I review the work, they agree to reseed. They promised to level the ditch with topsoil, which never took place. They also said they would plant two trees, which never too place. I would hirer them again for small job and would supervised him closely. David and David, both guys super nice guys.

I got a 10x12 concrete slab in my backyard. The customer service before the project was good. A few weeks after getting the slab, I began measuring for a shed and realized that the concrete is completely uneven, not level, not square and the demensions were off. Contacted the owner through text message and no reply. Would not recommend this company to anyone at this point.
