- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume, labor, and disposal fees. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees. We also offer bundle discounts for large cleanouts and repeat customers. Found a better price? Let us know- we're happy to beat or match competitor quotes whenever possible. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo, and we are happy to work with your schedule and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to learn about your project. Then we ask for photos or offer free onsite estimates. Once we agree on pricing, we schedule your removal at a time that works best for you. On pickup day, we arrive on time, work efficiently, and make sure your space is left clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're trained in safe hauling and disposal practices, including handling bulky and hazardous items. We're fully insured, and BBB accredited, with ongoing training in customer service, safety, and eco-friendly disposal.
