Ricardo did a nice job laying the tile. The downside was he greatly underestimated how long the job would take. He did not provide a written estimate prior to starting the work and when asked he said he would give an invoice when he completed the job. When asked what the completed job cost it was almost double the original estimate. Negotiations at the end were not very pleasant to say the least and therefore I would not recommend him.

From the beginning, I was very clear with this client. I told her that I will charge $ 100.00 an hour and she said that was fine. I went to Lowe's to pick up the supplies and took care of everything. I wasted my time and gas to serve her better but she didn't recognize it. When I finished the job I told her that the cost was $ 650.00 and she refused to pay me. She told me, I don't pay you $650.00. and she said I'm going to pay you $ 500.00. and I said no, that the for the project was $ 650,00. She owes me $ 150.00. I don't recommend this client.

Ricardo did an excellent job hanging a curtain rod. But the price was pricey when he finished the job that took less than 20 minutes. It’s says 50 an hour but I was charged 100 dollars for one curtain rod in my apartment.
