- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give our customers a price based on the condition of the room that is going to be painted and how many coats of paint the customer wants to be applied. We also price based on how big the project is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a quote based on the type of project that is going to be done. If the customer agrees with the price we make a contract to make things official, set up a date so that we can discuss the contract, if the customer agrees both the customer and I will sign the contract. After this is done we will schedule a date to start the project and a certain amount of days in which the job will be completed.

I am always searching for ways to make our services better and looking for the best products to use in our projects.
