They came for the estimate and we made an appointment for the upcoming Saturday to do the work. They did not show, call or text. Disappointed. **UPDATE** I have now learned the reason for the absence is due to a communication issue. I wanted the earlier Saturday and they thought the following Saturday. We are on the same page now.
