We hired Zachary Luke Designs to handle a huge apartment clubhouse renovation for us in Alabama. He was extremely responsive and helpful through out the entire process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not offer free consultations. $95 an hour and bill on the quarter hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call first to figure to go over my design process and discuss budget. Design selections, pricing, and a presentation after that. Ordering, tracking, shipping, and delivering. Finally, one or two installation days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science, Interior Architecture & Design. 12+ years experience in the residential and commercial design field. I’m also a member of Interior Design Society Charlotte.
