- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first cleaning and weekly or bi-weekly cleanings are flat-rate priced so there are no surprises. The price listed on your personalized quote is the price you pay with no hidden charges. Discounts are given for booking recurring cleaning services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone conversation, we will schedule a walk-thru to get all the details we need about your place and to set expectations. Once the walk-thru is complete, you will receive your personalized quote where you can choose your date and time and any extra services you wish to add onto your appointment. You will then read through our service agreement, sign it in agreement, and choose your method of payment. On the day of your appointment, we will arrive with all the eco-friendly products and handcrafted tools we need to deliver our exceptional cleaning service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
