Mahogany was extremely punctual, friendly, professional and worked very quickly. She had my whole downstairs looking great in less than 3 hours. In terms of thoroughness, I think I would have given 5 stars if I had booked a 'light cleaning' but since I booked a 'deep cleaning' and there were still some small areas of dirt on the floors and some soap scum leftover in the bath and shower I took away one star. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the work!
