- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a knew customer typically starts when the customer reaches out to inquire about the cleaning services, then we understand the customer needs and provide a quote based on the informations gathered. Once the customer agrees to the quote and terms, we work with them to find a suitable date and time for the cleaning appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey into the world of house cleaning services began with a passion for tidiness and desire to help others. After working in this area for 3 year I decided that it was time to have my own cleaning company, then I learned effective cleaning techniques and attended workshops to understand how to run a business.
