- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base price is $120, this includes mounting customer provided mount ensuring proper stud location and load testing. We offer multiple TV discounts and can provide high quality mounts if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out exactly what the customer wants. Next we get the info we need for a quote, usually a couple pictures will tell us what we need to know. Then we give options and quotes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't choose a company based on price. We have a proven track record and are very competitively priced.
