Wonderful customer service! I had to book a last minute chimney inspection at the request of my HOA. Hazel arrived to our home 20 mins early in the day of our inspection. Prior to our inspection he had great communication and told us what to expect. Hands down a great experience, Tier 1 is excellent, I would definitely recommend him!
