- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many companies willing to do things cheaper. We believe in a fair wages while providing value for our services. Craftsmanship will be our legacy. We strive to do the job right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know each other on a personal level as well as the scope of the project. We will detail what to expect before the installation, during, and after. Technology isn’t perfect, so we’ll also talk about support down the road if you need it.
