- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For each project, I complete a review of the work and create a comprehensive quote. Each project is unique and I based my pricing on the type of work you need. I prefer to meet with clients to review their needs and create an estimate based on individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to discuss the project and I can visit your property if needed. I like to consult with my clients on the phone ahead of a project to ensure the best quote and timeline for your work. We will reach an agreement on approximate time frame of the project, equipment/materials needed, and total cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at the Inn at Oneonta in Northern Kentucky as a groundkeeper/event associate. I can help you with a variety of lawn care and event set-up needs. I also completed free-lance projects while living in the Cincinnati area including lawn care services, light maintenance, furniture assembly and delivery, and deck staining/exterior painting. I research projects for clients, including plant types and the best approaches to maintain your landscaping, so that we can achieve the best possible outcome!
