Do Not Do Business with This Company. I strongly advise against hiring this company due to multiple issues with their professionalism, communication, and overall quality of work. Cons: 1. No Proper Prep Work – The job required sawing the floors due to water damage, yet no precautions were taken to protect my home. As a result, sawdust covered my furniture, appliances, and even my food. They left my home with the plywood sitting outside without letting me know and all saw dust in my floor vents. Saw dust and wood all on the insulation and still put the floor down. 2. Communication Issues – One of the workers did not speak English, and while his partner did, there was a clear lack of communication. This made it difficult to address concerns or receive clear updates on the progress of the work. 3. Unprofessional Behavior – I recorded their conversations for translation purposes and discovered that they were speaking negatively about me in Portuguese. This lack of respect is unacceptable. 4. Misleading Material Estimates – I was advised to purchase a certain amount of wood and plywood, only to find out later that I had bought more than necessary. This resulted in unnecessary expenses. 5. Poor Workmanship – The flooring was improperly installed. It is now buckling in both my kitchen and living room. In addition, they cut the plank slats in my living room unnecessarily and failed to cut around the floor vents correctly in the kitchen, preventing me from installing vents properly. 6. Lack of Professionalism & Follow-Up – After noticing these major issues, I contacted the company, sent photos, and requested corrections. I have yet to receive any response. Their customer service is nonexistent once the job is done. Pros: The only positive aspect was that the English-speaking worker was initially patient when explaining the process. However, this was overshadowed by his unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability. Final Thoughts: This company appears to be more focused on quick jobs for fast money rather than delivering quality work. I have given them a chance to fix their mistakes but have not received a response. My options are now limited to taking legal action. If you value your home, time, and money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for flooring services.

Did not respond within the time that was given to us for a quote. I reached out again requesting the quote and the person responded with an outrageous quote of $1250 for a very small bathroom and closet. We already have the flooring. This was just for labor. They never came out and looked at the space, never measured anything! If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. Don’t waste your time reaching out to Home Surpass for any type of work!
