Work Order Done Right did an amazing job finding and fixing a leak I had in my bathroom shower. Malcom is very professional and responsive, he took the time to FaceTime as I had a hard time explaining the issue at hand. His experience definitely kicked in as he was confident he could resolve the issue after we looked at it over video. Upon arrival, within hours, he immediately went to work and was willing to explain everything he was doing. After diagnosing the issue, he resolved the matter and patched everything up very well. He even took the time to sweep and clean up after himself. I will definitely be reaching out to Malcom for any future handyman repair services.

My experience was exactly what I expected, he was very responsive and his quality of work was excellent. He did a great job of installing my microwave. I didn't have all of the pieces needed but he went to his truck and came back with the parts that I needed to get the job done. I will use him again for future work.
