- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the time and complexity of the job. I offer upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For simple tasks, I may offer flat rates. Discounts may be available for multiple tasks in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the project and offer an estimate. Once we agree on the scope and time, I schedule the visit. I show up on time, do the work carefully and cleanly, and check that everything is done to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in home improvement and repair. My skills were developed through real projects, self-education, and continuous learning.
