FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having the customer describe what they need done and providing pictures and links to products is very helpful in estimating and being able to make suggestions. It is common to be booked a full week in advance so providing a specific date needed or an ‘open to suggested dates’ is very important for both the customer and myself. I do my best to accommodate the customer’s schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve installed cabinetry from all over the world and trained under a Master Craftsman furniture builder. I have previous certifications from Lowe’s, DirecTV, Comcast, FLORIDA BurglarAlarm/Fire Alarm Agent, Florida Security Training and Licensing and Red Cross.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been on the job site with my father since before 10 years old and started helping as soon as I could swing a hammer. I started building cabinetry at 15 years old. I’ve learned a whole bunch in the past 30 years of custom cabinetry and furniture. There’s always room to learn more !
