We needed to determine if our Bosch French door refrigerator could be pulled out and reinstalled without the shims that the original installers used when we purchased the refrigerator since they stated the floor was not level. Dennis confirmed that the floor was not level and a shim was needed. Even though that was the only service that was needed, Dennis ensured that all other aspects of the refrigerator were operating properly. He found the evaporator coils were covered in dust and the grill covering the compressor and coils were also blocked with dust restricting air flow. He cleaned the grill covering the coils, diagnosed and repaired a loose part that was causing noise in the refrigerator, cleaned the floor and baseboard where the refrigerator was installed, leveled the refrigerator, and reinstalled it. Dennis provided five star service and went beyond what was required. He is knowledgeable, professional and his service cost was extremely reasonable. If you need an appliance repaired or need a professional to provide a minor service that no large company wants to undertake, then Dennis and Dashkov, LLC is the only company to call. He is one of the best service technicians in Charlotte that we have ever used.

Dishwasher Repair Service Review I am extremely pleased with the service I received for my dishwasher repair! The technician responded quickly and was able to come the same day I reached out, which I really appreciated. He took his time thoroughly assessing my dishwasher, identifying all the issues, and was upfront about the repair costs. I especially valued his honesty; instead of pushing me toward a repair that might not have been worth the cost, he recommended that I consider getting a new one.
