Jim's response was immediate and he came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem, left the house to pick up the part and installed it in the same day. He was courteous and his pricing was fair. I would recommend him for any major appliance repair.

Very professional and prompt! Our split AC unit needed freon. Jim was very knowledgeable about how AC units work, and that is a huge complement from my husband since he is a mechanical engineer. I strongly recommend Jim for AC repair work.

My a/c unit was leaking water. It has done this before and i have fixed the problem by pouring bleach down a pipe. That didn't work this time. When I called my usual AC repair company, they told me it would be 10 days before they could come out!! I went on thumbtack and Mr. Lloyd responded immediately. He fixed an ongoing problem with my a/c quickly and less expensively than a big HVAC company. Would definitely call him again!
