FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is based on location! so I'll need your address to giveyou an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, my focus is on understanding their personal style, needs, and expectations. The process begins with an initial conversation, usually over the phone or through messages, to get a sense of what they’re looking for, any preferences or specific styles they have in mind, and any other special requests. This first step helps me tailor the experience right from the start. Once I arrive at the client’s home, I take a few minutes to set up my equipment and create a comfortable space. I believe in taking the time to make my clients feel at ease, so I’ll usually chat with them a bit to establish a relaxed atmosphere before diving into the service. During the cut, I keep communication open, checking in to make sure the client is happy with each step. After the haircut, I make sure they’re satisfied with the results and offer tips for styling or maintenance as needed. I’ll also follow up afterward to thank them and, if they’re interested, set up a schedule for future appointments. For me, it’s all about providing a service that’s not just convenient but leaves a lasting positive impression
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed barber, I’ve built my skills through a combination of formal training, hands-on experience, and continuous learning over more than a decade. I’ve completed professional barbering courses to master the fundamentals, while years in the field have taught me the techniques and nuances of delivering a top-tier experience.
