- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is pretty straightforward and tailored to ensure a smooth experience: -Initial Consultation – We start with a discussion to understand your project needs, budget, and timeline. This can be done over the phone, via email, or in person. -Site Visit & Assessment – If needed, we visit the project location to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss design options. -Detailed Estimate & Proposal – We provide a transparent quote outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. -Project Approval & Scheduling – Once you approve the estimate, we set a schedule that works for you and finalize project details. We will get to work based on your schedule needs, ensuring quality craftsmanship and clear communication throughout your process. After completing the project, we walk you through the results to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible while delivering high-quality results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the industry for over 16 years and have carried a GC license in the state of North Carolina for 11 years and have worked with and contracted for some of the largest commercial homebuilders in the country. This has truly been a passion of mine for years.
