I purchased my home with the garage door and opener from the previous owner. One side of the doors cabling had been installed incorrectly at least 4 years ago when I first purchased. This whole time it was putting strain on the door. So, on a Friday evening after work I come home and my garage door will only close about 1-2 feet before bouncing back up. I reached out to 3 repair companies. The first couldn't even schedule me until Monday. The other responded the next day. Smitty's reached out within minutes and even offered to send a tech over to at least secure my door before they could service it the following day. I'm writing this review mid-day Saturday, not even 24 hours after the problem started and it's fixed and at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend them highly to anyone.

I had a great experience with Smitty and his team. Everyone was very professional and responsive and I appreciated the amount of knowledge that Smitty displayed during his consultation. He was able to answer all my questions and explained the process of repairing garage door panels. I will definitely be contacting him again when I have more garage door needs.

Flexible to meet my schedule. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival, assessed the problem, gave a quote, recommended replacing a spring that wasn’t broken “yet”(no pressure).
