- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of my work is listed at approximately $75 per hour. Please note that since my service area covers a wide radius (with some clients located up to 40 miles apart), travel time can often take 1.5 to 2 hours round trip. To ensure I can continue providing high-quality service to every client regardless of their location, I have a 2-hour minimum charge for all appointments, even if the actual task is completed sooner. I appreciate your understanding, as this allows me to bring my professional expertise and specialized tools directly to you, no matter which area or city you are in. My goal is to ensure every job is done to the highest standard. All orders are assessed individually after careful calculation and based on the client's wishes directly at the work site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out the full scope of work, then I estimate the entire work and agree with the client on the exact time and day for completing the task.

Studied and worked for 20 years in the field of repair and construction.
