FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do not have a universal, per square foot price when it comes to our construction work. We do, however, have averages that come handy to provide speedy balk park estimates to potential customers. Generally after a detailed analysis of the project, the price may change, more likely downward. On occasions more work than expected may be required, in order to achieve the desired results; this will likely generate a separate cost. All costs & possible additional costs (under "normal"/"average" conditions) will be disclosed to customer's up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce me and my company to each new customer, in person; especially on the first day of the first job. When start out the job myself, i can see what someone's main & secondary priorities are, & make sure everyone involved from my company is on point. Once someone is a repeat customer i may send out 1 or some of our well qualified employees to preform as customer expects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved training from a fairly young age, from my father, beginning about 15 years ago when i was freshman in high school. I started out as his helper, then became his formal apprentice before my senior year. Once graduated, I entered the trade of structural framing & general/finish carpentry full time and have been a master carpenter for over 8 years. I also worked at least 5 years regularly, part time, in the concrete industry with my uncle and am well rounded in that line of work also.
