What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an intuitive and creative type of person. I do not like rigid structure. I enjoy sharing kindness, love, laughter and fun with my guests. Based on each event I give a price. I believe my prices are competitive and affordable for most all groups.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the logistics taken care of. Where...When....Cell phone numbers exchanged. Confirm the day before to put the host/hostess at ease. If the event is more than one week away I may arrange for a deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied with other Balloon Artists and Face Painters. Self taught through videos from very popular and successful Balloon Artists/Face Painters.
