FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that I always start by determining their budget. This allows me to offer solutions that perfectly fit their financial capabilities without compromising on quality or atmosphere. I strive to tailor my proposals to the client’s budget, ensuring the project is both comfortable and affordable. Additionally, I always include a small gift for the client—such as a unique centerpiece for the holiday table. This is my way of expressing gratitude for their trust and adding a special touch to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation I begin by communicating with the client to understand their preferences, wishes, and style. We discuss what they need: tree, table, or fireplace decor, or a complete decoration for the entire space. I also learn about their budget and timeline. 2. Concept Proposal Based on the gathered information, I create a few design ideas or concepts, considering the client’s style, space, and seasonal elements. I also suggest the materials to be used in the project. 3. Design and Estimate Approval Once the concept is finalized, I provide the client with a detailed estimate, including the timeline, materials, and overall cost of the project. This covers both labor and materials. 4. Execution After approval, I begin the decoration work, paying close attention to every detail. This process includes sourcing materials (if not provided by the client), setup, and installation. 5. Review and Final Adjustments Once the work is completed, we do a final review together. I discuss the results with the client and am open to making any changes or additions, if necessary. 6. Project Completion and Feedback Upon project completion, I present the final look to the client and ensure everything meets their expectations. I also ask for feedback to improve my services and maintain a high level of trust. This process allows for a personalized approach and high-quality results, ensuring that every project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received education in landscape design, which provided me with knowledge in planning, plant selection, and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Additionally, my experience in art and decorative design, including my participation in competitions, has helped me work with various materials and creative concepts. I also have practical experience in creating unique holiday decor for events like Christmas, Halloween, and weddings. I continue to improve my skills through online courses, keeping up with modern trends in design. Over time, I’ve developed strong project management and client communication skills, which are essential in my work.
