Balloon and Party Service made our Gym look amazing for our middle school dance! They went above and beyond our expectations, and completely transformed the space. We'll definitely be using them again!

Only problem I had was they were over an hour late was suppose to start at 2pm arrived after 3pm.. ballons were nicely done and arraigned.

Thanks Celeste for your feedback. We are so happy you enjoyed your arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by our 3 pm arrival. As usual we schedule arrival times with a 30 minute to 1 hour windows. This practice is compensate for any unforeseen circumstances as most service businesses may encounter. Your party start time was 4 pm. Your arrival schedule was 2-3pm to make sure that we were set up by 3:30 pm which we did since your party started at 4pm. We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback.
