Not only was he prompt for the initial call but assured me that if anything was wrong to please call and he would return. He said he guaranteed his work and he did. Turns out that one of the fans had an issue and he returned promptly to fix it and no additional charge just like he said he would. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!
