Gianni electrical installed a new outlet in my crawlspace. They were very professional reviewing the different options and provided me insight on the previous owners of the home not-so professional installation of another outlet. We agreed to update the previous owner’s work and add a new outlet. Pricing was fair and the work was done rather quickly. We have kept their number to use in the future for any electrical work needs we might have.

Details: Outlets • 10 - 14 feet (high ceiling) • House

We had the main gentleman come out for the quote. Was lovely breakdown of pricing which was very clear. Could work with what you need. Offered a payment plan if needed. The person who came out to do the work tended to come out about an hour later than he said he would. Did a great job when he was here. His communication wasn't as wonderful. Afterwards we were the ones to reach out the inspector to have him come. And for Duke they let us know to call because we would probably get a quicker response than their ticket they put in. They upgraded are panel from 100 to 200 and had to put in a mast for the wires.

Details: Upgrade wiring, fixture, or equipment • Outlets • Wiring • Circuit breaker panel or fuse box • Switches • Under 8 feet (low ceiling) • House

I recently hung a new chandelier, but the light wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Gianni Electrical Services to troubleshoot and resolve the issue and Tyquan arrived on time. He was courteous and very professional. As it turns out, I had him troubleshooting the wrong switch altogether (our house was built in 1900, so I forgot about a hidden switch) and the chandelier was working the whole time. I have to admit I’m a bit embarrassed, but Tyquan was awesome and made sure everything checked out before he left. I would definitely recommend Gianni Electrical Services and Tyquan more specifically! Thank you!

Tyquan did a great job. Showed up promptly and fixed my issues in the same day. Really appreciate his communication and friendliness as well. Definitely a better experience than I've had with any other electrician. Very professional as well, they have a tablet that builds the invoice in front of you and documents everything.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Gianni Electrical provides free quotes on almost all installations If there is an issue to look into then a $60.00 service call charge will apply to allow a technician to be sent to the location and put professional eyes on the issue. once at the location the tech will give options for either troubleshoot or repair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide no charge quotes for almost all work with the exception of diagnostic type calls. We feel it is much more personal and a better experience to come out to you and be able to put a name with a face to give the best options and pricing we can.
