Every job varies, but it can always be helpful to schedule a walk thru to get s more accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving the customer 110% the truth about their project(s) and asking for more details about what all is needed and scheduling for a walk thru when we feel it’s needed before giving an estimate. We typically try to get all questions upfront and answered both ways so that we are transparent with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school in which gave me a lot of knowledge and also several years of hands on work.
