BEWARE. Can't give 0 stars so 1 it is. I am in process of pursuing legal action against this contractor. They came in and staged my home (it is not lived in by us) and I paid them in full. While my contract was up on July 28th, and I clearly sent them instructions one full week (on Friday, 7/21) prior to coordinate the removal with my real estate agent (so they can halt showings, if any), I received no reply. On 7/24, I sent another email asking for a response so I would know what is being planned, but I got no response. By Monday (7/24) evening, in a late conversation with my agent, she informed me that all items had been removed already earlier that day. When I contacted Anchor Staging, Cristina informed me that my agent had asked her via email to remove the items "immediately". I asked verbally and in writing for the email from my agent, and never received it. I get that people can make mistakes. Take accountability and admit you are wrong. Cristina did something wrong, then lied and accused another real estate professional of doing something they did not. I had to talk to my agent and she assured me she had not provided instructions for immediate removal, and there was never any documentation shared. Upon consulting a family attorney, I was informed that Cristina's conduct, as a real estate professional, has violated her ethics agreement. In addition there is the obvious breach of contract. Anchor Staging also entered my home illegally and without my permission or consent, and that is very serious. I had three showings in the two days immediately after staging removal (still within my legal contract timeframe), so there was potential loss of sale opportunity. They have some pretty pics on their website and facebook, but this contractor CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I would urge you to think very carefully before using Anchor Staging.
