My technician was able to fix an unknown issue which I was happy about. My complaint is I was charged $200 for cleaning and there was no dust/lint my issue was missing ventilation pipe and that was $125 and they charged an additional $200 for no reason. I'm grateful they were able to fix the ventilation however charging $200 for nothing wasn't a great business move. My neighbors asked if I would recommend and I had to say no. I don't think it was the technicians fault I think it was a company issue. I attached a picture of the dust collected.
