Richard arrived within an hour of my call for service. He and his helper promptly cleaned dryer vent outside and the hose inside. He adjusted the hose inside so it would not trap lint. They cleaned the area behind dryer. Their prompt and friendly service is greatly appreciated. While at my home they gave me an estimate for whole house duct cleaning. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding service.

Matt came out today to assess our dryer vent line. In the end we decided to have the entire thing replaced. Matt was professional and knowledgeable in all areas we asked him about in regard to our needs. They were on time and communicated when they would be here, which is awesome! I was also pleasantly surprised at the price as I was assuming it would be more than double what we actually paid. I would recommend pristine to everyone and will definitely be using them again in the future. You can’t go wrong with this company. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Huge thank you to Pristine for the work they did cleaning my dryer vent! I kept having to replace the heating element in my dryer but the real problem was my vent was completely blocked. Daniel did an awesome job, showed me before and after pics. Will definitely have them out every year for maintenance. Quality work at a great price!

Pristine was able to come out the next day after I contacted them. Matt contacted me to say he could come early and showed up when he said he would. He gave me a quote within 5 minutes and when I gave him the ok they went right to work. They finished the job within 2 hours and sent me photos of the ductwork before and after. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing ductwork cleaning or dryer vent cleaning.
