FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, we cannot list our pricing due to the fact that there are some very low quality dog walkers out there looking to undercut the rest of us, just so they can make a quick buck. These "dog walkers" don't care about your pets and they don't care about quality service. I have spoken with the other top rated dog walkers in the area, and we have agreed to keep our prices in a certain range. So if you are getting a quote that seems lower than most... BEWARE. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. If you are interested in us doing any house-sitting or cleaning for you, you can request additional pricing for these services. Also we realize that you may really want our services, but simply think we're a little too high... You tell us what you think is reasonable or within your budget and we just may accept! We've done that for a few of our pet owners. We certainly aren't looking to get rich or break anyone's bank, we base our prices on the averages for this area and believe we are worth it for the quality care we give to our pets and their owners. They have the peace of mind that their pets are well taken care of and that they hired trustworthy people. You can't put a price on that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide our general services pricing in order to address the elephant in the room. Then we do a meet and greet to make sure everyone is comfortable. As long as everyone is, we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been discussing possibly learning to do pet grooming as an extra option. We also are working on becoming licensed in First Aid for Pets and CPR for pets. Our eyes and ears are always open for learning more about animals, especially cats and dogs.
