- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary consultation call to discuss your training goals, answer any questions you have, and provide more details about our programs. We can also then advise on what program is the best fit for your pup! 2. Receive the intake form which will provide more information and give you the opportunity to elaborate more on your training goals. 3. Download the Puppy Preparatory App or login to our software through a regular browser to book your program, upload vaccine records, add care instructions, sign the agreements, and pay the deposit (goes towards the cost of training). 4. Receive the welcome email with the address, packing list (food and any items they are used to having in the crate- we have the rest covered), and communication reminders (open communication the entire time plus detailed report cards) 5. Track your pups progress through report cards and updates while your pup is in "school." Reach out with any questions and feel free to ask for more updates. 6. Receive the pre-grad email and treat it as your study guide - read up on how we have been working with your pup so you can stay consistent at home. 7. On graduation day, come prepared with questions and start reading through the graduation notebook when you get home. 8. Watch the instruction videos and set up your first virtual support call. 9. Take advantage of our alumni resources including reduced rates on Day School Packages, Boarding, and more!
