Jordan did a great job taking care of our dog! He took the time to review our notes and clarify any questions before starting the grooming process. He was very affectionate with our dog making for a great experience across the board!

I have never spent this much money for my two pups to be groomed. That being said, previous to using Groombuggy, we have had awful experiences with groomers. David at Groombuggy was so kind to our dogs, and made them feel comfortable. They both (one Cockapoo, one Havanese) came back with the best cuts and comb outs that they have had since moving to Oakland three years ago. Our Havanese is usually traumatized after being groomed- not this time. Both pups look great, and both were happy after their experiences. Also, David listened to what we wanted, and he did exactly what we requested. We will be returning customers at Groombuggy.

The whole Groombuggy team was very easy to get in touch with for coordinating this appointment. My dog 13yo dog does NOT like to be groomed (hates water) and the loud noises of normal groomers make everything more stressful. Patricia was able to get multiple washes done and I loved the convenience of the drop off/ pick up experience. Will be booking again!

David was great! Even our little old girl that can be very grumpy at times thought so. Best grooming we have seen here in Cali so far. It was pretty pricey compared to what we used to pay but David made it worth it.Thank you David!

We love Groombuggy!! We have booked them 3 times, and have had only positive experiences with them so far. The booking and communicating is very easy and our dogs smell and look great after. Its a time saver that they come right to our house. The groomers have all been very nice and clearly love dogs.
