FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer zealous representation with competitive pricing. For simple divorces we offer a free phone consultation and a flat fee for representation beginning at $399.00. For more complex family law issues involving property distribution and/or child custody/support, we generally collect an upfront retainer and bill the client hourly as work is performed. We may also be able to offer unbundled legal services for document preparation or for one court date only for a flat fee. For these issues, we can offer an initial consultation at 50% discount if you mention you found us on Thumbtack!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will need to have an initial consultation to determine your needs and objectives. The initial consultation can be done either in-person or over the phone to fit with your schedule. During the initial consultation we will discuss your case history, advise you as to the legal options and processes, and answer any other questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys have their undergraduate and juris doctor degrees. In addition, our entire staff undergoes yearly training on new developments and changes to the law to ensure we are up to date on the latest changes.
